The Role:
Brook Green Supply are an independent B2B energy supply company, creating risk management and energy supply solutions for the UK’s I&C sector. We are reshaping the I&C energy supply sector by providing expert consultation and risk management services.

As part of the Billing and Settlements team, you will be involved in ensuring accurate collection and settlement of consumption data. Your role will involve a breadth of tasks including looking after the registration of electricity meter points, working with industry data flows and ensuring we hold accurate metering and reading information.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual in the early stages of their career (or looking to make a career change) to develop expertise across multiple areas.
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing meter faults, upgrades, new connections and disconnections;
· Ensuring timely and accurate metering and consumption data;
· Ownership of registration of supply gains;
· Overseeing appointments of metering agents;
· Working with internal departments to resolve complex queries and exceptions;
· Validating metering charges;
· Investigating suspected theft of energy;
· Subject matter expert for internal queries;
· Testing and development of processes in line with industry and system changes;
· Sending and monitoring of data flows;
· Liaising with customers and external stakeholders for completion of reads disputes and erroneous transfers.

Job requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
· Confident communicator who can engage with a range of stakeholders.
· Proficient use of Excel.
· Comfortable working with large data sets;
· Previous experience working within an Operations focused position in the energy industry (desirable);
· Knowledge of at least one of the following areas; electricity metering, industry data flows, registrations, system testing or billing (desirable).
