The Role

Brook Green Supply are an independent business-to-business energy supplier focusing on providing energy solutions to large industrial and commercial consumers. The role of the Account Manager Coordinator will be to work as a hybrid liaising with various internal and external clients, providing administrative to a portfolio of TPI’s, being point of call in the absence of Account Manager. The successful candidate will vet potential clients, onboard all new clients, ensure a seamless transition to our post sales team as well as provide data upon request to the post sales team. The right candidate will possess a high attention to detail with a pro-active approach work ethic.


Responsibilities

• Manage the tendering process for the TPI Sales channel this includes vetting customers regarding target market and credit exposure.

• Ensure all tenders are accurately logged in line with KPIs onto our CRM system and any key requests are communicated to the relevant people.

• Identify and query anomalies in tender data with clients and assist Account Managers by obtaining better quality data.

• Onboard all new clients accurately to ensure a smooth transition to post sales.

• Liaise with the Commercial and Operations departments on tender and contract queries.

• Create and send out contract offers in the absence of the Account Manager and where necessary support the Account Manager in obtaining price feedback.

• Answer incoming calls coming through the sales Line, managing any queries or complaints.

Job requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a corporate customer facing role.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

• Proficient in using relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office suite and industry-specific platforms.

• Proactive and self-motivated to work alone and as a part of a wider team.


Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Business-to-business Account Management and/or Business Development experience.

• Understanding of fixed & flex electricity and gas supply contracts, including price build up, pricing windows, credit requirements, volume tolerance and payment options.

• Strong ability to analyse data and present statistical information effectively.

• Familiarity with energy industry regulations and compliance standards.
