Job description

We are looking for a TPI Account Management Coordinator to join our sales team. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Account Management or Customer Relations within the energy sector. As part of our team, you will help manage relationships with our clients, coordinate pricing tenders, and ensure accurate data handling. You’ll work closely with internal teams to support contract processes, resolve client queries, and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.

 

While previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial, we are primarily looking for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

•      Act as a key point of contact for Third-Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and support the wider Sales team

•      Manage the tendering process, ensuring all customer requests are accurately logged and processed.

•      Identify and query anomalies in tender data with clients

•      Support the Account Managers with contract and pricing queries

•      Onboard all new clients accurately to ensure a smooth transition to post sales.

•      Handle incoming queries from TPIs, always ensuring excellent customer service.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

·      Experience in customer service, sales support, or admin

·      A strong interest in account management, customer relations, or client support.

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

·      Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·      A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.

·      Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and willing to learn CRM and other internal systems.

 

Desirable (but not required):

•      An interest in the energy industry or experience working with B2B clients.

•      Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

•      Strong presentation skills
