Role:

This is an exciting new opportunity suited to a recent graduate or someone looking to move into an entry-level trading support role. In this position, you will work closely with our Trading Capability Lead to support a variety of administrative tasks, helping to ensure the business receives effective support aligned with commercial initiatives and operational processes.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting our traders with general trading capability setup duties. This includes assisting with exchange/broker/clearer/platform admin.

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new traders and sales team members.

  • Supporting the Op Readiness framework and process. 

  • Gather and consolidate business-wide feedback and stakeholder challenges, and present key insights in cross-functional meetings.

  • Support the Trading Capability Lead with ad hoc tasks and projects.

Job requirements

Ideal candidate:

  • Highly desirable if you have corporate or internship experience in a Business or Trade support role.

  • Highly desirable if you have completed a degree closely related to Energy Sciences, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Energy, etc

  • Confident communicator who can engage with a range of stakeholders.

  • Self-starter who takes the initiative to not just complete tasks but expand upon them.

  • Team player who is execution focused, with the ability to handle a rapidly changing set of projects and priorities while maintaining strong professional presence.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and able to quickly respond to changing business needs and demands.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
